Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.

2.Prepare the Cereal Mix:

Take the 1 pint of cereal and place it in a large mixing bowl.
Using a rolling pin or the back of a spoon, gently crush the cereal until it's in small pieces. This will add texture to your muffins.3.

3.Mix the Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, combine the 1 pint of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
If you're using milk powder, add it to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution.

4.Combine Wet Ingredients:

In another bowl, whisk together the 2 large eggs and 2 tablespoons of sugar until the mixture becomes pale and creamy.
Slowly add the 1 pint of milk to the egg and sugar mixture, continuing to whisk until well combined.

5.Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures:

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Using a spatula or a whisk, gently fold the mixtures together until just combined. Avoid overmixing to ensure light and fluffy muffins.

6.Add the Crushed Cereal:

Gently fold the crushed cereal into the batter, distributing it evenly throughout.

7.Fill the Muffin Tin:

Spoon the muffin batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full. This allows room for the muffins to rise without overflowing.

8.Bake the Muffins:

Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

9.Cooling:

Once baked, remove the muffin tin from the oven.
Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

10.Serve and Enjoy:

Your homemade cereal muffins are now ready to enjoy! They can be served warm or at room temperature.
Optionally, drizzle with honey or glaze for added sweetness.

Additional Tips:

Cereal Selection: Choose a cereal that complements the muffin's flavor. For instance, cornflakes will add crunch, while bran flakes can make them more hearty.

Sweetness Adjustment: If you prefer sweeter muffins, feel free to increase the sugar to 3 tablespoons or add ingredients like chocolate chips or dried fruits.

Milk Powder Clarification: If the intention was to use milk powder as a dry ingredient, ensure it's fully dissolved in the milk before mixing with the other wet   ingredients to prevent lumps.

Storage: Store the muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for longer storage.

Enhancements: Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or spices like cinnamon for additional flavor.
